Thomas B. Anderson

Tom Anderson has been an attorney with Thomson, Rhodes & Cowie, P.C., since graduating from law school in 1997.  He has represented physicians, nurses, physical therapists, hospitals and HMO’s in cases filed in both Pennsylvania state courts and Federal District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Anderson’s practice has focused on medical malpractice, employment law, premises liability, personal injury and commercial law.  He has also provided counsel to hospitals with respect to risk management and security policies and procedures as well as employment issues.

Mr. Anderson is a graduate of West Virginia University and Duquesne University School of Law where he was a published member of the Law Review.  He is also a member of the Allegheny County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.  His clients include, each of the hospitals in the West Penn Allegheny Health System, University of Pittsburgh, Medical Center, Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Frick Hospital, Uniontown Hosptial, General Motors Corporation, Allstate Insurance Company, Highmark, Inc., anesthesiologists, surgeons, gynecologists, urologists, internal medicine, and emergency physicians.
