"Medical Only" NCP
"Lunch'n Learn" seminar presented to 40 area employer and workers' compensation
insurer representatives. This seminar dealt with the appropriate and practical
use of the newest "Notice of Compensation Payable" form issued by the Bureau of
Workers' Compensation. In addition to TR&C members, panelists included Chief of
the Claims Management Division of the Bureau, who provided participants with the

Pennsylvania Bar
Institute Seminar that addresses the stages of a medical malpractice case from
pre-trial suit evaluation through opening statements. Additionally, the seminar
will discuss the latest updates on new provisions of the MCARE Act, as well as
