Toxic Substance/Toxic Tort Litigation

In addition to asbestos litigation, we at Thomson, Rhodes & Cowie, P.C., have been involved in a wide variety of toxic tort litigation. For example, we have represented suppliers and a manufacturer in diethylstilbestrol (DES) litigation, defended health care clients in breast implant cases and fenfluramine and phentermine (phen-fen) lawsuits, and represented suppliers of benzene. In these cases, we utilize administrative protocols, carefully formulated discovery and intraoffice efficiencies to handle the litigation both skillfully and at a reasonable cost, all while being fully prepared for trial, if necessary.
